Inventories
This is a professional up to date detailed inventory report of the condition of the furnishings, fixtures & fixings of the property, including, walls, woodwork, flooring, carpets, glazing, lights & fittings, bathroom & kitchens, radiators, gardens & sheds & outbuildings. photos are attached to the inventory report.
Tenant Check In
A check in compares the original inventory against the contents & condition on the day the tenancy starts at check in, we will produce a detailed check in report including the condition of cleaning & meters & keys & photos, tenants will agree the check in & sign the check in summary report. photos will be attached.
Check Out Report
At the end of tenancy a full check out report will be completed & both the original inventory & check in will be used together, meter readings will be take & keys collected & returned back to the agent, a full check out report will be compiled including any recommended costs to the tenants. photos will be taken.
Interim Inspections
Property inspections are carried out on request at properties, for landlords & agents a report will be sent to the agent or landlord with findings & photos & maintenance issues recommended.
