We offer Inventories, Check Outs, Check Ins and Property Inspections for Landlords and Agents. An Inventory is a legally binding document that can assist a Landlord or a Tenant in disputes and claims for damages against a property. If a Tenant disputes any deductions that a Check Out report hi-lights and the matter goes to the DPS or TDS for arbitration, using an Inventory when submitting evidence would help with adjudication and obtaining a reimbursement.
